Patience Is A Virtue...
I just want to praise Brad. He did a wonderful job in selling a car to us. He was patient, and waited for us to come around to decide what we needed to do. Brad really knows how to handle customers. When people are buying cars they don't want to be bullied into it or pressured to see about purchasing a vehicle that they know will not work for them. But needless to say, because of Brad we did purchase a vehicle from Chris Leith Kia. Dave also did a wonderful job about answering all of our questions and did what he could to make it possible for us to purchase the vehicle. We drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase this vehicle and we will make that drive in the future if we need to make another purchase. Will and Dave did everything they could to be sure I got the vehicle I was looking for. The finance man also worked extra hard on our behalf and secured us a great financing plan that works for our buget. It was an overall great experience!

I have to commend Glenn on his customer service. Every car that I have ever owned except for one, I have been involved in the selection and purchase. But I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a sales person that was as familiar and knowledgeable of his product as Glenn. When a sales person is that enthusiastic and forthcoming, it makes a customer feel very comfortable with their choice. I appreciate that he took the time to explain all the features of the Rondo and answer all my questions. Thank you Glenn for making this fun!

I've Got Choices!
I go way out of my way to go to this particular Kia service center (I have 3 available to me within a reasonable distance) because they are so dependable and I can get an appointment and have the work done on a timely basis by courteous, capable and efficient people.
